Charlotte, it was not much of a holiday in Australia! We had lots and lots of schools to visit and a report to write.

Ambika, the schools were all lovely. There were some similarities and some differences to Wheatfield. I have lots of photographs to show you when we go back to school.

Hi! How are all the teachers? I haven't seen anybody or the school since the 19th of december! I'm guessing you've got the results for which school you are going to, or are going to get them! i hope some of you are coming to castle! i know you have to get a bus if you come here but, it's not that bad as long as you have someone you know. but even if you don't know anyone you make friends very quickly! (I always wright loads when i come on here!) lol! A very big WELL DONE to all of the children for their excellent Christmas productions. I enjoyed the carols performed by Key Stage 2 and loved watching Key Stage 1's "Whoops-A-Daisy Angel"! I am very proud of the narrators in my class and especially proud of Scott who was a fantastic Whoops-A-Daisy angel! Thank you!

Hi everyone!! How are the year 6's. I'm loving Castle soooo much everyone you've got to come here!!! Its amazing! How are all of the teachers? How is your new class Mr Woodworth As good as ours? LOL! (joking) What day do you finish for the Christmas Holidays? because if you finish after us (we finish on the 19th of December) I'll come in and help out if you need it! It will probably feel so small! Lol Castle is massive but ive totally got used to it i got lost in the 5th week even though i knew where it was i was just standing by the stairs like where do i go! anyway i know where everyone is and if you yr6's are ondering what Senior school is like well just make sure you make friends with the people you are most likely to like! Ive got loads of friends (to be honest most of them arn't even in my tutor group(class)) I'ts so good where ever you are you just most likely know at least 1 peson that you are in the room with!! So wierd but cool!!!

When i was on holiday i collected lots of shells when i got back i was on the veranda cleaning them with water the bucket fell over and I slipped on the water i had to spend the night in hospital my arm will be in plaster for 6 weeks but i am glad to be back at school i miss you miss dixson but mrs johnstone is very nice.

Missing the school so much but i haven't been able to visit...

Just to say thank you to Miss Dursley and all the teachers who have taught my 4 children since Jan 1999-it will be strange not coming to Wheatfield anymore! Catherine got 1 a for IT and 2 B's in English and Theatre Studies and is off to Bournemouth University in October so a whole new chapter starts with us!

It was lovely having you on the trip mr newport. The children loved their game of football at lunch time. We didnt get too wet until the end- could have been a lot worse. I enjoyed my raspberry smoothie when i got back home, but didn't think much of the potatoes. Not only were 1D well behaved on their school trip but have been a brilliant class all year. I wish them well in Y2. I'm sure Mrs Johnstone will be delighted to have them.
May i wish all the current Y6 the very best for the future in their new schools. I remember some of them from reception and look forward to seeing you all at the prom. keep in touch.

Those of you going to secondary school don't worry you don't get as many detentions as you think. REMEMBER guys i am a girl who hates playing football thats why i am not in 5 a side so why would i like watching it? By the way my mum and dad are watching footie and we just scored and they screamed just a little embarrasing fact lol. Oh yeah this is what i came on hear to say i have 2 ds's a lite and a normall a wii a ps2 a x-box a 46" tv and a PS3!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And i have loads of pets a rabbit called floppy two guinea pigs called pebbles and smudge a cat called rosie and a dog called BUDDY he is 9 mounths old and a really really really cute black and white springer spaniel and everyone would love him if they had him as a pet he is the best dog eva and so is my old dog sam they are both equall sam was a 8 year old cocker spaniel and he was black and he was 12 when he died i was 5 and he was 12 and he died of cancer in his mouth and it was the worst time to discover he was bleeding because he always kept bleeding in his mouth and it started the day after christmas and i was really worried and one day i came home from school and my nan and mum always used to pick me up and i said wheres nan because she wasn't there and she didn't pick me up because she didn't want to be there when my mum told me about sam he got put to sleep because he was in so much pain it was really sad :( :(
About 5 weeks before, my nans dog died called rex he was a collie cross and i had to cope with that too i used to ride rex in the field he was really strong!! i love my pets and i wish i had a baby sister thats all for now hope your all well :)

Daisy, my sister lives in America and one day last week she couldn't get home from work. They had over 15 inches of snow so her husband had to pick her up in his 4x4 truck- a vehicle used to snowy conditions. Yes it is nice to have some snow but don't think i'd like that much.

I for one, thoroughly enjoyed the staff panto. I wasn't i it myself as i had do something else that afternoon, but managed to finish in time to come back and see it. what a performance. Better than any Hippodrome performance- and free!
I spotted Mrs Medina as rudolph and MRs Johnson and Mrs Watson as Buttons 1 and 2- they were good too. Looking forward to next years!!!!
